250ml hot water
250 g flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon rum (or lemon, or vanilla, or anise to taste for flavoring)
Melt the butter and beat it with the sugar, eggs and water.
Add the flour, the rum, the pinch of salt. mix until a liquid dough is obtained: it must flow by itself on the cooking surface. If it is too thick add a little water.
In the meantime, turn on the appliance and let the plates heat up
When it has reached the temperature, pour a scant ladle of batter onto the plate
Cook about 3 minutes.
Take the pod, place it on a flat surface and roll it, taking care not to burn yourself, around the cone provided.
Leave the dough on the special tool until it cools and until it takes shape (about 2 minutes, while the next cone is being baked).
