Here are the instructions and the video tutorial to remove the product roller
1. Disconnect the power cord
2. Undo the screws of the black plastic cover
3. Insert a cloth into the food insertion tube and lower the lever. This is to stop the roller and allow you to unscrew the central screw of the roller
4. With the help of a slotted screwdriver, lever to remove the roller from its seat and proceed with cleaning using dish detergent and hot water.
5. Re-assemble all the components of the product
